“Where can I access employment opportunities?”
To’Nanees’Dizi Local Government offers a variety of employment opportunities ranging from permanent, temporary, seasonal, and even volunteer opportunities. You can find vacancies here on our employment page or contact our HR department head Michelle Dale-Yazzie at ext. *3287 or email: michelle.d@tcchapter.org for more information.
“Where can I obtain Public or Budget records?”
There are a few ways to obtain public and budget records. The fastest is to visit our chapter at 220 S. Main Street Tuba City, AZ 86045, contact our front desk at (928) 283-3284, or come to one of our many chapter meetings. You can find our next meeting on our calendar.
“What boards and committees are offered to our community?”
Currently To’Nanees’Dizi Local Government maintains the Planning and Zoning committee. Other boards and committees in our community may be found at other establishments such as TCRHCC and ChangeLabs. Please contact either or directly, TCHRCC can be contacted at (866) 976-5941 and ChangeLabs can be contacted at (602) 726-2228.
“How can I obtain a physical address?”
All inquires for obtaining a physical address can be found on the Navajo Nation Addressing Authority website. There you will find all paper work pertaining to rural addressing and their office hours and contact.
“How can I access Animal Control/Animal resources?”
To’Nanees’Dizi Local Government hosts an animal spay, neuter, and vaccine clinic on a varying monthly basis through partners, Soul Dog Rescue and Best Friends Animal Society. To find out more about when our animal clinics are held please refer to our calendar. Other animal services such as animal collection and surrenders can be found at our local Navajo Nation Animal Shelter. You can contact them at (928) 283-3089 or visit them at Building 408, Pine St, Tuba City, AZ 86045
“How can I obtain a homesite?”
The Navajo Land Department is no longer operating at regular hours in Tuba City. To contact the Land Department directly, please refer to their website or contact them at (928) 871-6523
“How can I get the “Native American” designation on my AZ ID?”
We do not offer any type of identification services at our chapter. Please refer to the Motor Vehicle Department website for more information or visit our local MVD at 300 Edgewater Dr, Tuba City, AZ 86045
