To review the Navajo Nation Code 12 – Procurement Regulation and Policy about how the Tuba City Chapter procures all goods including supplies, services including procurement of information technology and construction, click the link below. These regulations adhere to the Navajo Nation Purchasing Services Department personnel and non-Purchasing Services department personnel. These regulations are intended to apply to procurements using Navajo Nation general, state, and/or federal funds.

NOTE: The Tuba City Chapter has an established maximum 15% “F&A” and/ or Indirect Costs) for all outside contracts.
