Hey farmers and gardeners! Navajo Nation Department of Agriculture and CKP Insurance staff will be setting up in an area outside the Tuba City chapter on March 1, 2022, and will require all applicants to stay in their vehicles while we assist. All public health orders will be adhered too.
The program offers Navajo farmers and gardeners a financial incentive for crop and food production. The AIF supports economic reciprocity among farmers, gardeners, ranchers, and local consumers on the Navajo Nation. Previously funded projects include wind tunnels, hoop houses, apiaries, pollinator habitats, gardens, and farm projects.
